Bolt Human Capital is a workforce intelligence and consulting firm that serves hospitality operators. We provide diagnostic assessments, leadership behavior analysis, engagement architecture, cross-company benchmarking, and strategic advisory services. 4. Insights and Content

Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice specific to your organization's circumstances. Our published content reflects general observations drawn from our experience working with hospitality operators and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific outcomes. 5. Diagnostic Requests and Consultations
Submitting a request for a diagnostic call through the Site does not create a consulting engagement, contractual obligation, or client relationship between you and Bolt Human Capital. A formal engagement is established only upon execution of a separate written agreement.
Information submitted through the Site's contact form will be used solely to evaluate the inquiry and facilitate an initial conversation. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.
6. Confidentiality
We understand that information shared during diagnostic calls or through our contact form may be commercially sensitive. We treat all information received through the Site with discretion. However, confidentiality obligations are formally established only through a separate written agreement between the parties.
